Tonight is my bellydancing class- I go once a week with my stepbaby- she's 10. It's really good excercise! And it's nice to able to sweat like a pig and not feel bad about it, the music is pretty rockin too-! It gives me and baby some girl time, and my hubbo, he plays guitar and fiddles with pro-tools and my son trys to conquer the WWF on Playstation- so all is good in the kingdom!
Ladies, seriously tho- if you are looking for a fun way to get your waistline down, try bellydancing- very low impact on the joints, but a hell of a core workout- and it beats those silly pilates balls!
